We know that every season, your to-do list of unpleasant tasks gets in the way of you living your best life. We can help!Our Seasonal Subscription Service allows you to get a guaranteed preferential time-slot of 18-20 hours of seasonal home maintenance work, and help ensure you’re protecting your biggest investment – your home. Since every home is different, we have created a pick list from which you can choose items, or you can come up with your own list, and our highly qualified property maintenance specialists will spend 18-20 hours in your home every season knocking down your todo list. We will remind you at the beginning of every season.
How it works
- Sign up for our Seasonal Subscription Service (complete form on this page).
- We will create a to-do list comprising 18-20 hours of work in advance or you can wait to tell us each season.
- We’ll contact you (or you can contact us) in March, May, and November to book a convenient day for us to come and tackle your to-do list.
- Our convenient billing means you only need to provide your credit card one time. You will be billed 3 times per year following each seasonal service or you will pay us for the year and get the additional discount of ฿6,000.
Hot Season (March-June)
- Air Conditioner installation, repair and optimization (excluding parts).
- Energy efficiency repairs, including adding insulation.
- Window and screen cleaning.
- Rot and pest investigation.
- Installing shelves, hooks, etc.
- Painting an accent wall.
Wet Season (Starting around May)
- Check and replace smoke and CO2 detector batteries.
- Replace outdoor light fixtures.
- Lubricate hinges throughout the home.
- Eaves trough cleaning and repair downspouts.
- Digging drainage ditches.
- Leak repairs.
Cool Season (November- February)
- Paint touch-ups.
- Remove old caulking in kitchen or bathrooms and re-caulk.
- Caulking around doors and windows.
- Seal or replace grout in tiled areas.
- Pool maintenance.
- Deck repair.
- Fence repair
- Yearly cleaning.
